We sincerely hope you benefited from your Airwill Home Collections item, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our RETURN policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.
How do I return my product?
You can return a product at www.airwill.in by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the sign in section. Click on ORDER HISTORY and follow the steps mentioned to obtain the Return ID. Once the Return ID gets generated,
please pack the following into a sealed bag:
1. The returned product
2. The Invoice
3. A piece of paper with the Order ID and Return ID written on it if you are shipping it by yourself.
From the time the Return ID is generated, we shall keep you posted on the date the refund towards your returned product would be initiated.
If we are picking up the product, we shall notify you with a promised pickup date.
If you’re shipping the product to us, your refund should get initiated within 1-2 Business Days from the moment we receive the returned product at our Warehouse.
What is your returns policy?
At Airwill Home Collections, we have a very flexible returns policy which is absolutely customer friendly.
If you do not find the product satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:
- It should be unused. making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product
- It should be unwashed.
- The price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present
- The product must be returned within 7 days
- Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product
Does the returns policy change for any Airwill Home Collections promotions?
At times, the returns policy may vary. To get the exact information, always refer to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion running at that time. That said, we always strive to keep our policies as flexible and customer friendly as possible. ☺
What if I don’t like the product as soon as it is delivered? Can I return the product to the courier person?
Please don’t do that! We have a very flexible policy where you can get a Return ID generated by giving us a call.
To avoid any confusion or delays, our courier partners are instructed to not accept a package as a return while performing a package delivery.
If I have paid shipping charges and return the order, will I be refunded the shipping charges?
Yes. ! If you return a product, we give the shipping charges back to you !
If you have returned all the products in your order, you will be refunded the entire shipping charges. If you return the order partially, the shipping charges will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Are there specific conditions under which the product returns/replacements may be rejected?
To guarantee you the best service, we have a very convenient 7-day return policy from the time the product gets delivered to you.
Here are some conditions which might cause a return to get rejected:
1. In case the 7 days return period has lapsed, the product cannot be returned to us.
2. If the product has been picked up, and it fails the quality check at our warehouse due to product usage, defect, missing tags or packaging, the return might get rejected. We will then ship the product back to you at no extra cost.
3. We also do not process a return for items that are classified as non-returnable. You can refer to the Non-Returnable policy for more details.
What are the non-returnable items at Airwill?
We do not accept any Custom Embroidered/Print/Patch attached garments at any cost.
To be certain if the product is non-returnable or not, you can refer to the disclaimer provided in the Returns tab provided on the Product Display Page.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to initiate a request for refund.
Do I have to return the whole order?
Not at all! You need not to return the whole order.
When is the refund for my return provided?
You will be notified of an estimated Refund date as soon as your Return ID is generated.
However, once we pick up the product, we shall share a date of refund initiation with you.
I haven’t received my refund amount yet. Please help!
Once the returned product has been picked up, you will be notified of the date of refund. Before this date, a refund should get initiated.
Once initiated, it should reflect in your account based on your mode of payment.

My area is not serviceable for return, how do I return my order?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:
1. Within 7 days from the date of delivery, please ensure that the Return ID is generated. We will request you to self- ship this item.
2. Please send us the following items in a sealed bag:

How much will I be refunded if I return a product and what is the mode of refund?
We promise to refund the entire amount paid for the product, including any taxes that were paid – no strings attached!
