No. Guest users receive a Credit Note valid for 6 months.
7. How are refunds processed if I used a mix of My Credit and card?
My Credit portion returns to your account.
Card portion is refunded to your card/bank/PayPal.
8. What if I used a promo code?
Refund is calculated after deducting the discount applied to the returned item.
9. If order value still qualifies for promo after return, what then?
You’ll get a refund after deducting the proportional discount for the returned item.
4. Can I split my refund into cash and Credit Note?
No. You must choose one method.
5. Where can I use a Credit Note?
Online, for any Airwill product purchases.
6. If I buy with a Credit Note and return the item, can I get cash?
No. Refunds for purchases made with Credit Notes are processed as new Credit Notes.
