Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items should be in their original packaging.

• All tags, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards must be included.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via www.airwill.in.

• If already dispatched, you may refuse the delivery.

• Applicable for sale purchases too.

• Refunds will be credited to your card, bank account, or wallet after processing.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Report within 24 hours of delivery.

• Email us at sales@airwillhomecollections.com with clear images of the damage.

Packaging Note

• If the outer packaging is discarded, ensure the product is securely wrapped before returning.

Promotional Offers

• You can return part of a promotional or bundled purchase.

• Buy 1 Get 1 or bundled items require the full set to be returned online, or partial returns via store or customer service.

Refund Mode

• Cash on Delivery orders:

• Return to store: Cash refund, Credit Note, or refund to My Credit.

• Return by pick-up: Refund to bank account, My Credit, or Credit Note.

• Online return: Refund to My Credit (registered users) or Credit Note (guest users).

• Card/Wallet/NetBanking/PayPal:

• Refund to the original payment mode.

• Processing time: 4-5 business days for return pickup + 2-7 business days for bank processing.

Voucher Refunds

• If an order using a voucher is returned, the voucher will be cancelled.

Free Shipping and Partial Returns

• Free shipping remains valid even after partial returns.

Direct exchange not available. You may return and repurchase the desired item.
